Cat Adoption Process

Are you ready to welcome a new fur companion into your life? We process all adoption applications digitally and meet and greets by scheduled appointment only.

1. Apply online. Browse our available cats up for adoption on our site and apply to adopt online.

2. Home Check. If everything looks good, we will prompt you to complete a brief virtual home check/consult via Google Meet.

3. Meet + Greet. Once your application is approved, it’s time to meet! You will schedule a meet and greet via Calendly between you and the pet accompanied by your adoption counselor. Meet + Greets may take place at the cat’s foster home or at either of our Pet Supermarket locations.

4. Adoption Day! Whether you take home your furry friend the same day as your meet and greet or need a later date for preparation, you will sign your adoption agreement and submit your adoption fee online or by cash.

   Your adoption counselor will then finalize your adoption and guide you through the necessary paperwork, providing updated medical records to share with your veterinarian. Once your adoption process is complete, you are all set to embark on an exciting adventure with your new best friend(s). Each adoption comes with an adoption goodie bag and 1 box of wet food.
