Limited intake home-based rescues like ours usually operate at full capacity to accommodate as many cats as possible. If we are unable to accept your surrender request, please understand there’s still hope in rehoming your pet. Requests for owner surrenders often outnumber adoptions so it may require patience and persistence to find a suitable placement. Along with the resources mentioned, we suggest utilizing social media platforms and neighborhood websites like Nextdoor to help broaden your search and finding placement.

And remember, abandoning your pet is not only dangerous for their well-being but may also land you in jail or receive other penalties.
